Last night The New York Women's Foundation was honored by WHEDco with the Philanthropic Leadership Award for our support in funding their Home Based Childcare Microenterprise Program, which trains low-income women to own and operate high-quality home-based childcare businesses in the Bronx. Board Chair Anne Delaney accepted the award on behalf of The Foundation. We thank WHEDCo for the invaluable work that they do in the South Bronx!
